The CMAP is a non-profit organization that was created in 1995 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris which purpose was to offer alternative dispute resolution solutions for conflicts involving at least one company.
Since January 1st, 2016 and the entry into force of the August 20, 2015 ordinance and related implementation decree, we are now able to assist you to amicably settle consumer disputes.
We cannot help you for conflicts that occur between individuals. For these conflicts you might contact your usual counsel, your municipality or your insurer as the case may be.
